Little Yellow House Art is excited to offer SIX unique and interactive art camps for the upcoming summer break! Treat your child to a week (or 6) filled with imagination, creativity, and fun.
Spots are very limited.
Week 1
Ceramics Camp
Classic
June 8 - June 12
This is the perfect class for students to explore their sense of touch! By rolling, pinching, sculpting, and using the wheel, students will make one-of-a-kind clay vessels. Artists will have fun learning basic hand-building and throwing skills, and using underglaze techniques to finish their pieces. Each unique ceramic piece will be fired in our on-site kiln, wrapped, and returned after the session.

Week 3
Space Explorers
Ceramics Camp
June 22 - June 26
This is the perfect camp for students to explore their sense of touch and imagination as they journey through outer space using clay! By rolling, pinching, sculpting, and working on the wheel, young artists will create one-of-a-kind ceramic pieces inspired by planets, galaxies, rockets, and mysterious cosmic creatures, while experimenting with underglaze techniques to add color and detail to their interstellar creations. Each unique ceramic piece will be fired in our on-site kiln, wrapped, and returned after the session - ready for its mission back to Earth.
9am - 2:30pm

Week 4
Dollhouse Camp
July 20 - July 24
If you are a natural architectural designer, then this is the class for you! Spend the week transforming a two-story wooden dollhouse into your dream space. Will you create a space fit for fairies and tiny creatures to call home? A hideout for your favorite action figures? Or perhaps a multi-level mansion for your favorite stuffies – the choice is up to you!
During the week young artists will completely customize both the exterior and the interior of their dollhouse, create inhabitants, custom wall coverings, hand built furniture, fabric accents, and more. Every dollhouse is carefully handcrafted by an artisan and different from year to year.
